New Members
Before you can enjoy any of our facilities all members must sign our PARq and waiver.
Membership Cancellation
Monthly
If you wish to cancel your membership, one month notice must be served therefore if you cancel any time before the month is up you will still need to pay for the following Month.
Annual
If you pay for a years membership in full and then decide during anytime throughout the year you wish to cancel your membership you will not be partly or at all refunded.
Package Cancellation
If you pay for a package in full and then decide you wish to cancel your package you will not be partly or at all refunded.
Team Up
Packages, memberships and classes are all booked via Team up. Team Up requires you to register. Upon registering for the first time, you will be required to confirm you have read and understood Team Up’s privacy policy and Terms of services. These are found here:

Assumption of Risk
By visting / taking part at Crossfit Luton, You, agree to participate in a physical fitness program sponsored by Crossfit Luton, which may include, but not necessarily be limited to, strength and conditioning training high intensity workouts. Crossfit Luton has made me fully aware that the fitness program which Crossfit Luton offers, and in which I agree to participate, is of a nature and kind that is extremely strenuous and may push me to the limits of my physical abilities. I recognise and understand that the programme is not without varying degrees of risk which may include, but are not limited to the following:
• Injury to the musculoskeletal and/or cardio respiratory system which can result in serious injury or death.
• Injury or death due to negligence on the part of myself, my training partner, or other people around me.
• Injury or death due to improper use or failure of equipment.
• Injury or death due to a medical condition, whether known or unknown to me.
I recognise that there is risk involved in the types of activities offered by Crossfit Luton. Therefore I accept financial responsibility for any injury that I may cause either to myself or to any other participants due to my negligence. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crossfit Luton, their employees and volunteers from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and damage to property that may result from my negligent or intentional act or omission while participating in activities offered by Crossfit Luton.
I agree to allow Crossfit Luton, its employees and volunteers to use picture(s), film and/or likeness of me for advertising purposes. In the event I choose not to allow use of such media I must inform Crossfit Luton of this in writing.
Changes To These Terms
We may update our Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page so please check regularly.
